By accessing or using ChloroWave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
ChloroWave is a personal web-based MP3 player that streams audio files stored in your own Google Drive. The service is provided by Bluegray Ink and is accessible at bluegrayink.github.io/chlorowave.
You are solely responsible for the audio files you store in your Google Drive and stream through ChloroWave. By using this service, you represent that:
ChloroWave does not host, distribute, or provide access to any copyrighted music. All audio content is sourced exclusively from the user's own Google Drive. Bluegray Ink is not responsible for any copyright infringement committed by users.
ChloroWave requests read-only access to your Google Drive solely to list and stream audio files in your chlorowave folder. We do not modify, delete, or access any other files in your Drive.
ChloroWave operates on a voluntary "pay what you want" model. Payments are non-refundable and are considered a voluntary contribution to support the development of the service. No payment guarantees permanent access.
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ChloroWave at any time without notice.
ChloroWave and Bluegray Ink are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party claims related to content you stream.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of ChloroWave after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
